I may use third-party tools, themes, or plugins for development. I am not responsible for issues caused by third-party updates, conflicts, or downtime, unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment, the completed website or content will belong to the client.
Ireserve the right to showcase completed projects in my portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
While I strive to deliver high-quality services, we are not liable for:
Losses caused by misuse of the website.
Issues related to hosting, domain providers, or external services.
Business losses, profits, or data issues arising from third-party factors.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Payments for completed work will remain non-refundable.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the client’s country unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.
